><p>Ergotherapie zit in de basisverzekering en wordt <strong>10 uur per jaar vergoed<\/strong>. Wanneer je aanvullend verzekerd bent is het mogelijk dat je nog recht hebt op nog een aantal uur, dit verschilt per verzekering. Er zijn ook aanvullende verzekeringen die extra uren vergoeden voor het ondersteunen van mantelzorgers. Je kunt dit inzien via je polis of door telefonisch contact op te nemen met je zorgverzekeraar.<\/p>\n<p>Onze praktijk heeft contracten met de meeste zorgverzekeraars. In de meeste gevallen wordt de rekening van de behandeling rechtstreeks naar jouw zorgverzekeraar gestuurd. In enkele gevallen krijg je de rekening thuis en dien je deze zelf te declareren bij de zorgverzekeraar.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer de ergotherapeut aan huis komt, wordt er ook een aan huis toeslag berekend. Deze zijn vast gesteld door de zorgverzekeraar.<\/p>\n<p>In de meeste gevallen heb je geen verwijzing nodig, je kunt dan direct terecht bij de ergotherapie. Vanuit de praktijk wordt er een screening gedaan, genaamd Directe Toegang Ergotherapie.
