itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Communicatie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ik vind het belangrijk om transparant te zijn naar de cli\u00ebnt en zijn of haar omgeving. Ik heb daarom regelmatig contact met de zorg professionals die betrokken zijn. Daarnaast vind ik het belangrijk om een rapportage te sturen nadat Directe Toegankelijkheid Ergotherapie is afgenomen en een eindrapportage wanneer de behandeling is afgerond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cli\u00ebnt staat centraal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ik werk vanuit de hulpvraag van de cli\u00ebnt en zijn of haar netwerk. Ook vind ik het belangrijk om naast de cli\u00ebnt te staan en samen te kijken hoe ik diegene verder kan helpen in het herstelproces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ontwikkeling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ik vind het belangrijk om mijzelf te blijven uitdagen door middel van workshops en cursussen. Ik heb daarnaast intervisie met een aantal collega\u2019s om kennis te delen en nieuwe ervaringen op te doen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat gebeurt er na de verwijzing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ik neem contact op met de cli\u00ebnt en er zal er een intakegesprek worden gepland op de praktijk of thuis. Er wordt in het eerste gesprek in kaart gebracht wat de hulpvraag is. Hier zal tijdens de ergotherapie behandeling aan gewerkt worden.
